 Generlly, we will provide you with an accurate quotation within 24 hours once receiving your inquiry. If the quotation is delayed due to other factors, we will inform you in advance. 

 We guarantee to keep your design and content secure and confidential. If needed, we can sign an NDA document for you. You can send your company's NDA to us directly ( ben@bxycnc.com ), we will sign it and back to you. 

 We have no minimum order quantity, and we can quote base on your required batch quantity. 

 In order to provide you with an accurate quotation, the following information is critical for analyzing the quotation: 

a. 2D/3D files  

b. Quantity of parts 

c. Materials and color of parts 

d. Surface finish 

e. Tooling life or annual usage expectation 

f.  Lead time 

we will review it and provide you the quote as soon as possible once receiving the completed information.  

 It depends on the structural complexity, size and special features of the parts. For the normal parts, it can be made in 1-2 weeks with high-quality. For the complex parts or other special features will take longer. Basically, it takes only 2-3 days from China to America or Europe after completing the quality inspection of the first mold trial samples. 

 xinyi can accept 3D file in STEP, STL or IGS format. 2D drawing shall be in PDF format and contain all necessary dimensional information applicable to the parts. Please note that if there is only 2D drawing, we just can provide a rough quotation. 

 The lead times are quoted in calendar days. That is calculate from approval of the DFM and the beginning of the actual production. 

 Currently, we do not offer the product design services. Customer is responsible for submitting the 3D file and then we will provide a DFM report upon receiving an order. 

 For the regular production oders, our standard terms are Ex Works (EXW), which means that the customer is responsible for shipping,customs clearance and all other associated fees once the goods have left our premises. For the express delivery, we use Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means that the customers is respondible for paying import duty when the goods arrive to the destination

 Yes. All the parts will be inspected during the production and before shipment by our quality control department. And we will offer the FAI report for each part. If needed, we can also provide material certificate, COC, metal composition test report, hardness report, color inspection report etc. And finally, we will provide the final inspection reports to customer. 

 We take great importance of the quality of customers' parts.  And HordRT is certified and compliant with ISO 9001:2015,IATF 16949:2016.  In addition, we also have various types of advanced inspection, measurement and testing equipment to ensure that the products received by customers always meet and exceed their expectations. The quality control will be carried out according to the following steps:  a. Once the order is confirmed, we will provide a DFM report and review all tolerances and cosmetic specification etc, the engineer will point out any issues that may affect the quality of your parts. b. Firstly, all incoming materials will be inspected.  COA (Certificate of Analysis) of raw plastic material from our supplier would be provided. c. After T1 samples, we will provide full dimensions inspection report. d. During the manufacutring process, our project engineer will double check the parts in terms of size, tolerance, and appearance. e. Provide the quality inspection report before shipment.
